Yes. We are open for regular business hours between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. each day. We are working remotely, but completely accessible during that time.

What video chat platforms do you offer for clients?We are video chatting with clients and counsel using Zoom and FaceTime.
Are you accepting new clients?Yes. We are accepting new clients.
How can I get updates regarding the status of my case or legal matter?As always, you may check in for updates on your case at any time. You may do so by calling or texting the office or by emailing the attorney and staff members assigned to your case.
Are courts of law still open in my area? Will my court date be rescheduled? What if I can't come to court because I'm sick or quarantined?Courts in Tennessee are still accessible and will remain accessible. Modifications are being made to Court schedules and routines on an ongoing basis. Some Court dates are being rescheduled, but we are moving forward on anything we possibly can. If you cannot come to court or to some other scheduled event related to your case due to COVID-19, please just notify your lawyer and we can ask the Court for an extension.
Will scheduled depositions, mediation, arbitration, or settlement negotiations occur as planned?Some scheduled events are being postponed but we are moving forward on anything that we can to keep your case on track for a speedy resolution.
